Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Junior Engineer (JE): Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or S&T) from a recognized university or institution.
- Depot Material Superintendent (DMS): Applicants need a Diploma/Degree in Engineering from any discipline.
- Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA): A Bachelor’s degree in Science with Physics and Chemistry as subjects, with a minimum of 55% marks aggregate, is required.
Age Limit
- As of 1st January 2026, the age limit for RRB JE applicants is 18 to 33 years for unreserved category candidates . However, the upper age limit is relaxable for specific categories as per government norms.
