The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the IBPS PO 2025 Notification for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) in 11 public sector banks. With 5,208 vacancies available, the online application process has started on July 1, 2025, and will remain open until July 21, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply via the official website ibps.in.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) from a recognized university.
• Final-year students are not eligible (must have passed graduation before the application date).

2. Age Limit (as of July 1, 2025)

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years 

IBPS PO 2025 Important Dates

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of three stages:

1. Preliminary Exam (Online CBT) –
   • Duration: 1 hour
   • Sections: English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude
   • Total Marks: 100
2. Mains Exam (Online CBT) –
   • Duration: 3 hours
   • Sections: Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, Data Analysis & Interpretation
   • Total Marks: 200
3. Interview (100 Marks) –
   • Candidates qualifying Mains will be called for a Personality Test.
   • Final Selection is based on Mains + Interview performance

2. Click on “CRP PO/MT-XV” under the “Recruitment” section.
3. Register as a New User – Enter basic details (Name, Mobile, Email) to get a Registration ID & Password.
4. Fill the Application Form – Enter personal, educational, and contact details.
5. Upload Required Documents –
   • Photograph (20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG)
   • Signature (10-20 KB, JPG/JPEG)
   • Left Thumb Impression (20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG)
   • Handwritten Declaration (50-100 KB, JPG/JPEG)
6. Pay Application Fee –

7. Submit & Print Application – Save a copy for future reference.
